2013 Lesion scars 16 years after diagnosis (Judith)

As the disease progressed. The lesions became extremely florid and inflamed. Some ulcerated and became badly infected.
Now I have scars from the original lesions, and some (particularly where my arms are exposed to sunlight) have pretty much disappeared altogether. It may be worth looking at the different image galleries here to see how what were horrible lesions have become no more than slightly unsightly scars with no pain or discomfort at all.
